As Special Projects Manager, Paige oversees all evaluation and reporting requirements for all 5 SNAP-Ed projects across the network. Additionally, she is the program manager for the SNAP-Ed Special Populations Priority Projects (Nutrition Education for Veterans, Healthy Corner Store Project, and Farmers Market). Paige graduated with a BA in medical anthropology and women’s and gender studies from Trinity University in San Antonio. Prior to this role, Paige served as an AmeriCorps VISTA with the Community Healthy & Nutrition Team at Feeding Texas and was a Nutrition Educator at the East Texas Food Bank.
